Description
The purpose of this contract is to bring the European integration process closer to the average citizen and show the benefits of reforms and EU accession for him/her and how it will change their lives for better, through the following activities:
- Produce a television series which will be broadcast on one Serbian national broadcaster that deals with the political, social and reform
process in an unconventional, but educative and entertaining manner (television series). The underlying goal is to present European
integration process and its crucial issues in an easy to understand and identify with manner, which at the same educates and entertains
the public.
- Produce and provide several or all national television broadcasters as the main aim, but also interested regional (in Serbian terms) and
local broadcasters with advertisement style video clips on most frequent myths and misconceptions about the EU in Serbia.
- Produce and provide several or all national radio broadcasters as the main aim, but also interested regional (in Serbian terms) and local
broadcasters with advertisement style audio jingles (variation of the video clips referred to in point 2 above) on most frequent myths and
misconceptions about the EU in Serbia.
Eligibility
Participation is open to all legal persons participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of tenderers which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed. All goods supplied under this contract must originate in one or more of these countries. Participation is also open to international organisations. Participation of natural persons is directly governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.
