EUROPEAID/135896/DH/SER/RS: IPA - STUDY TRIPS TO BRUSSELS AND MEMBER STATES

Description

The purpose of this contract is threefold:

   - to organize individual or group tailor-made study trips for Serbian TV media (print media are also eligible for participation in the project)
     to EU Member States from preparatory phase, programme proposal and development, travel and accommodation logistics, in order to
     obtain first-hand impressions, technical background and success stories on the EU accession process;
   - to partner with media from which the journalists come to organize "Back from the EU" broadcasts and/or thematic talk shows on their
     experiences from these trips.
   - to organize study trips to EU institutions in Brussels for Serbian citizens.


Eligibility

Participation is open to ail legal persons participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of tenderers which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments
applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed. All goods supplied under this contract must originate in one or more of these countries. Participation is also open to international organisations. Participation of natural persons is directly governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.

Maximum budget EUR 435,000
