HUMAN DYNAMICS/ ESTABLISHMENT OF AN INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM (MIS) IN CROATIA/ KEY EXPERT 1 - TEAM LEADER

Project Description:

The overall objective of the project is to contribute to effective implementation and management of EU Cohesion policy funds in Croatia, in line with EU requirements.

Duration of the assignment: min 350 work days over 24 months

Requirements

Qualifications and skills:

  -A level of education which corresponds to completed university studies of at least three years‟ duration attested by diploma or equivalent
   general professional experience of 12 years in the field of programming and database development (SQL, Oracle or equivalent)
  -Working knowledge of English language
  -Certificate related to database development (SQL or Oracle)

General professional experience:

  -8 years of working experience in the field of programming and database development (SQL, Oracle or equivalent)
  -5 years of working experience in coordination or management of IT projects

Specific professional experience:

  -Experience with implementation and /or development of two IT projects
  -Experience in design and development of web based applications
  -Experience as a Team Leader on technical assistance project(s) is an advantage (will be scored up to 3 points)
  -Experience in designing, development and/or upgrading of MIS 2007-2013 for Cohesion and Structural Funds in one EU Member State is
   an advantage (will be scored up to 3 points)
  -Experience in conducting IT training is an advantage (will be scored up to 2 points)
