Assessment of project proposals under the Kosovo Grant Scheme for the North 2013 Call for Proposals


Requirements

Education:

   - A Master degree in the field of agriculture, or agrarian economics or
   - Bachelor's Degree in the field of agriculture, or agrarian economics with 3 years of professional experience (in addition to the minimum
     number of years of general professional experience required below) and after obtaining the qualifications mentioned under this point; or
   - 7 years of relevant professional experience in the field of agriculture, or agrarian economics

General Experience:

   - Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the field of agriculture, agrarian economics, or rural development or regional
     development or economics (in addition to the years of professional experience which form a substitute for the diploma in case the expert
     would not have the diploma required under Qualifications and Skills);

Specific Professional Experience:

   - Expert must have specific professional experience in the following subjects:
   - Experience in assessment of at least two calls for proposals;
   - Experience in assessment of the grant applications in the fields covered by IPARD or Structural Funds or SAPARD programmes.

Working skills:

   - Have excellent communication and analytical skills;
   - Be proficient in report drafting; and
   - Have excellent team working abilities.
