Assessment of project proposals under the Kosovo Grant Scheme for the North 2013 Call for Proposals


Requirements

Education:

   - A Masters Degree in the field of Management, or Economics, or Entrepreneurship, or Private Sector Development or
   - Bachelor's Degree in the field of Management, or Economics, or Entrepreneurship, or Private Sector Development with 3 years of
     professional experience (in addition to the minimum number of years of general professional experience required below) and after
     obtaining the qualifications mentioned under this point; or
   - 7 years of professional experience in the field of Management, or Economics, or Entrepreneurship, or Private Sector Development (in
     addition to the years of professional experience which form a substitute for the diploma in case the expert would not have the diploma
     required under Qualifications and Skills);

General Experience:

   - Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the field of Private Sector Development Management, Economics, SME Development,
     Regional Economic Development (in addition to the years of professional experience which form a substitute for the diploma in case the
     expert would not have the diploma required under Qualifications and Skills);

Specific Professional Experience:

   - Expert must have specific professional experience in one or more of the following subjects:
   - Experience in assessment of at least three calls for proposals;
   - Experience in assessment of the grant applications in the fields SME's support covered by IPA programmes.
   - Experience in assessment of the grant applications in the field of Regional Economic Development covered by IPA programmes.

Working skills:

   - Have excellent communication and analytical skills;
   - Be proficient in report drafting; and
   - Have excellent team working abilities.
