Assessment of project proposals under the Kosovo Grant Scheme for the North 2013 Call for Proposals


Requirements

Qualifications and skills:

   - A Master's degree in the field of social, political, legal, economic or development sciences; or
   - Bachelor's Degree in the field of social, political, legal, economic or development sciences with 3 years of professional experience (in
     addition to the minimum number of years of general professional experience required below) and after obtaining the qualifications
     mentioned under this point; or
   - 7 years of professional experience (in addition to the minimum number of years of general professional experience required below) in the
     field of social, political, legal, economic or development sciences.
   - Excellent command of written and spoken English.

General Experience:

   - At least 3 and up to 10 years of relevant professional experience in the fields mentioned above after obtaining the qualifications mentioned
     in point 3.2.

Specific Professional Experience:

   - Experts must have specific professional experience in the following:
   - Experience in assessment of at least 5 and up to 10 calls for proposals;
   - Experience in at least 1 and up to 3 projects dealing with civil society strengthening and capacity development;
   - Experience in assessment of the Civil Society Facility programme or the European Instrument for Democracy and Human Rights will be
     an asset.
