EUROPEAN MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS/ SENIOR EXPERT (CAT. II) IN ECONOMIC AND FINANCIAL FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS FOR GEORGIA

Requirements

Education:

   - MA degree on economics or any other similar field relevant for economic/financial analysis

Qualifications and skills:

   - Fluent English
   - Proven successful experience in setting up and/or funding of international cooperation networks

General professional experience:

   - Experience in the field of economic and financial analysis of at least 6 years
   - Experience in the field of economic and financial analyses of higher education institutions or programmes will be considered an
     advantage

Specific professional experience:

   - Expertise in at least one of the following fields: financial management of higher education institutions; organisational development,
     especially funding, of higher education institutions
   - Experience in and knowledge of the Black Sea countries, including a regional language like Russian would be an asset
