EUROPEAN MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS/ SENIOR EXPERT (CAT. II) IN EUROPEAN AND/OR BLACK SEA STUDIES FOR GEORGIA

Requirements

Education:

   - Preferably a PhD degree, but at least a MA degree, in political science, sociology, humanities, education or any other discipline relevant
     for higher education curriculum development

Qualifications and skills:

   - Fluent English
   - Proven successful experience in international cooperation on higher education

General professional experience:

   - Experience in the field of European Studies or Black Sea Studies of at least 6 years
   - Experience in the field of qualitative and/or quantitative research methods preferably in education, humanities and/or sociology

Specific professional experience:

   - Professional expertise in at least one of the following fields: transnational teaching and/or research cooperation projects, distance
     learning/teaching, higher education curriculum development in the European Studies or Black Sea Studies;
   - Experience in and knowledge of the Black Sea countries, including a regional language like Russian would be an asset
