Background
Early 2013, the UN System in Montenegro, together with national partners, launched a Joint UN Youth Empowerment Programme, aimed at economic and democratic empowerment and integration of young people, with focus on the North of the country. The Phase I of the programme was used to create evidence base for meaningful programmatic interventions, through two comprehensive studies which were conducted in 2013 - Knowledge, Attitudes and Practices Survey (KAP Survey) on youth employment and participation and Analysis of legal, strategic and institutional framework in the areas of youth employment and participation .
Responsibilities
- In cooperation with the trainers team and Project Coordinator, lead on preparation of 3 day training programme, based on non-formal
education methodology, consisting of 10 workshops in total;

- Participate in and support planning and delivery of leisure time and thematic, side activities during the camp, delivered outside of the
training programme;
- Evaluate training and lead preparation of the final report from the camp;
- Guidance and supervision to support trainers.
Requirements
- University degree in Social Studies is desirable;
- Specific education in youth work and/or training-for-trainers;
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in youth work and trainings for young people;
- Training experience and knowledge in the following areas: life skills, key competences, employment,entrepreneurship, participation,
activism;
- Knowledge and awareness of child protection principles and youth work ethics;
- Relevant experience in working with UN, NGO sector or other international organizations;
- Excellent social, communication and presentation skills and ability to operate under pressure;
- Fluency in spoken and written local language;
