EUROPEAID/135937/IH/SER/XK: VEHICLE INSURANCE SERVICES NO.4

Description

The purpose of this framework contract is provision of a cost-effective and comprehensive insurance coverage for EULEX KOSOVO entire fleet of vehicles, covering types of insurance and areas as specified hereafter:

1. THIRD PARTY LIABILITY

   a. Coverage within territory of Kosovo only; for the whole Eulex Transport fleet.
   b. Coverage within the countries geographically belonging to Europe, outside Kosovo; for part of Eulex Transport fleet/Green Cards
       issuance is mandatory/.

2.  FULL COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE

   a. Coverage within territory of Kosovo only; for the whole Eulex Transport fleet
   b. Coverage within countries geographically belonging to Europe, outside Kosovo; for part of Eulex Transport fleet.


Eligibility

Participation is open to all legal persons participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of candidates which are established in a Member State of the European Union in an official candidate country, or a country that is a beneficiary of the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance, in a Member State of the European Economic Area, a country of the Western Balkans region or a contributing third state, as authorized by Council Joint Action 2008/124/CFSP of 04 February 2008 on EULEX KOSOVO as amended by JA 2009/445/CFSP and Council Decision 2010/322/CFSP, Council Decision 2012/291/CFSP of 5th June 2012, Council Decision 2013/241/CFSP of 27 May 2013 Council Decision 2014/349/CFSP of 12th of June 2014). Participation is also open to international organisations. The participation of natural persons is governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.

Maximum budget 800,000.00 EUR (per year)
