OSCE Mission in Skopje, the Office for Democratic Institution and Human Rights (ODHIR), the principal institution of the OSCE responsible for the human dimension , is implementing the Best Practices for Roma Integration (BPRI) project .

Candidates must have the following qualifications:

   -University degree, including international human rights subjects
   -At least five years of progressively responsible and relevant professional experience in the field of human rights and Roma issues,
    experience at the international level is desirable
   -Experience in designing and implementing  all aspects of human rights projects, with a focus on social and economic rights, and in direct
    relation to the project intervention rationale, ability to draft accurate and  concise reports , both narrative and financial. Experience in
    monitoring and evaluation of projects.
   -Excellent knowledge of human rights , including social and economic rights, and integration reforms processes (social inclusion) ,
    specifically issues affecting minority of vulnerable groups
   -Excellent knowledge of capacity- building and institution-building  strategies.
   -Experience in cooperation   with international  and national organizations at the field and/or headquarters level. Field experience is
    desirable.
   -Understanding of the political sensitivities in dealing with human rights, specifically issues concerning minorities of vulnerable groups in
    the country/region.
   -Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with Roma representatives, organizations and communities is required.
   -PC literate
   -Excellent oral and written communication skills on English and in the local languages. Knowledge of Romani language would be an asset.
   -Demonstrated gender awareness and sensitivity, and an ability to integrate a gender perspective into tasks and activates
   -Citizenship of or permanent residence in the host country .
