Description
This contract will represent a mobility scheme designed to facilitate direct people-to-people contacts between representatives of three broad sectors such as culture, education & youth and science & technology in the Republic of Belarus and their counterparts in Member States of the European Union. While these core sectors are the priority, other appropriate sectors may be also considered, e.g. social affairs, public health, information society, etc. The contacts will be established and/or developed during short visits by the Belarusian representatives to the EU and EU representatives to Belarus for purposes such as study tours, international professional events, internships, exchange visits, networking events, joint project elaboration, etc.
The main activities under this project relate to the provision of the following services:
- Announcement and management of call for expression of interest for mobility actions both to Belarus and to the Member States of the EU.
- Dissemination of information about the mobility scheme to potential beneficiaries.
- Organisation of administrative aspects of selection of the mobility grants.
- Organisation of the implementation of selected mobility actions.
- Monitoring the implementation of the mobility scheme.
- Ensurance of the necessary follow-up of completed mobility actions.
- Development and putting into operation online and offline mechanisms and fora for potential mobility seekers to search for opportunities,
establish contacts, communicate and network.
- Identification and promotion of already existing mobility opportunities in the targeted sectors.
Eligibility
Participation is open to all natural persons who are nationals of and legal persons participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of tenderers which are effectively established in a Member State of the European Union or in a eligible country or territory as defined under the Regulation (EU) N°236/2014 laying down common rules and procedures for the implementation of the Union's instruments for financing external action (CIR) for the applicable Instrument under which the contract is financed. Participation is also open to international organisations.
