EURONET CONSULTING/ TRAFFIC ENGINEER EXPERT

Background

The specific objective of this Framework Contract is preparation of a Study and Action plan for improvement of road safety along the SEETO Comprehensive Network, which should set measures and concrete cost-effective actions that will positively impact road traffic safety.
This operation will also support the decision-making process for intervention in the field of road infrastructure in order to optimize the investments through implementation of a fair and effective approach for defining priorities.


Requirements

   - At least Master Degree Academic level in Traffic Engineering or Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, or University/Bachelor
     degree with equivalent experience of 3 years above the minimum general professional experience requested below;
   - At least 12 years of general professional experience in Traffic Engineering or Civil Engineering;
   - Previous experience as road safety expert on at least 1 contract for preparation of studies and/or action plans for road safety in the last
     five (5) years (2009, 2010,2011, 2012and 2013) with minimum amount of 100.000.EUR.
   - Excellent command in English language (reading, writing, listening and speaking);
   - Knowledge of Macedonian language will be considered as an asset;
   - Excellent computer literacy
