EURONET CONSULTING/ IT EXPERT

Background

The specific objective of this Framework Contract is preparation of a Study and Action plan for improvement of road safety along the SEETO Comprehensive Network, which should set measures and concrete cost-effective actions that will positively impact road traffic safety.
This operation will also support the decision-making process for intervention in the field of road infrastructure in order to optimize the investments through implementation of a fair and effective approach for defining priorities.


Requirements

   - At least University/Bachelor Degree Academic level in Information and Technology sciences, or equivalent experience of 3 years above the
     minimum general professional experience requested below;
   - At least 3 years of general professional experience in IT sector;
   - Previous experience as IT Expert and data analyses on at least 2 projects within last 5 years (2009, 2010, 2011, 2012and 2013) for
     development of Information Management Systems;
   - Previous experience in data analyses on at least 1 projects within last 5 years (2009,2010, 2011, 2012and 2013) for existing traffic
     accident.
   - Excellent command in English language (reading, writing, listening and speaking);
   - Knowledge of Macedonian language will be considered as an asset;
   - Excellent computer literacy
