Requirements

   - International expert with experience in conducting PEFA assessments.
   - At least 10 years of experience in the area of PFM.  
   - Master’s Degree or recognized equivalent level in the field of PFM, fiscal policy, accounting, economics and/or public sector auditing or
     other fields related to this assignment.
   - Proven extensive experience in the application of the PEFA methodology and assessment of PEFA indicators and reporting is essential.
   - The  team  leader  is  responsible  for  the  quality  of  the  assessments.  In  this  role,  the team  leader  has  to  provide  work  plans  for
     each  team  member,  set  timetables  and deadlines, organize internal team meetings and prepare the draft reports.
