Background

The specific objective of the project is through preparation of relevant technical documents,including Detail Design with Technical Specifications and Bills of Quantities for the tworoads Border Crossings Tabanovce and Kafasan. Also, the assignment envisages preparation of all necessary documentation for obtainingbuilding permit application for the upgrades of each of the Border Crossings, required bythe national legislation for the following Works Contracts:

1. Upgrading the customs clearance facilities of the road BC Tabanovce, and
2. Upgrade of the customs clearance and inspection facilities at the road BC Kafasan


Requirements

   - Education of at least Masters Degree Academic Level in Architecture or University Degree with general professional experience of 3
     (three) years above the minimum
   - Minimum 12 years of general professional experience in architecture
   - Experience in at least 2 projects in for preparation of detailed designs for administrative building
   - Experience in at least 1 projects in the area for preparation of spatial plan (urban planning) for administrative buildings.
   - Experience as Team Leader of at least one projects of similar scope (detailed design buildings).
