HUMAN DYNAMICS/IMPROVEMENT OF THE TRANSPARENCY AND EFFICIENCY OF THE JUDICIARY (PROSECUTORS AND PENAL SYSTEM)/KEY EXPERT 2 - SOFTWARE ARCHITECT

Project Description:

The overall objective of the project is to contribute to improvement of efficiency of the prosecutorial and the penal systems of the Republic of Serbia by introducing an efficient case management and statistical system, based on the standard content management system software.

Duration of the project: 18 months


Requirements

Qualifications and skills:

   - A bachelor's degree (where a university degree has been awarded on completion of three years study in a university or equivalent
     institution) in an IT-relevant discipline
   - A MasterlPhd in an IT-relevant discipline (following the award of the degree) is an advantage
   - Proficiency in English
   - Excellent communication and analytical skills
   - Proficiency in report drafting
   - Excellent team working abilities

General professional experience:

   - Minimum 08, preferably 10 years of relevant professional experience in IT in areas related to this contract;
   - Experience as lead software architect gained in I, but preferably 3 projects of similar complexity and duration.

Specific professional experience:

   - Specific experience designing, developing, installing and testing software for national or regional administration bodies (including design
     of test plans and user acceptance test cases) gained in 1, but preferably 3 projects of similar complexity and duration
   - Specific experience with use of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems for the design of large-scale software applications gained
     in 1, but preferably 3 projects of similar complexity and duration
