Key expert 2: Senior IT Expert (minimum 260 working days)

Qualifications and skills

   -A level of education which corresponds to completed university studies of at least three years’ duration attested by diploma or equivalent
    general professional experience of 12 years in the field of programming and database development (SQL, Oracle or equivalent);
   -Working knowledge of English language;
   -Certificate related to database development (SQL or Oracle).

General professional experience

   -8 years of working experience in the field of programming and database development (SQL, Oracle or equivalent);
   -3 years of working experience in business process analysis.

Specific professional experience

   -Experience in implementation and /or development of two software development projects;
   -Experience in design and development of web based applications;
   -Experience in quality assurance on at least two software development projects is an advantage (will be scored up to 3 points);
   -Experience in designing, development and/or upgrading of MIS 2007-2013 for Cohesion and Structural Funds in one EU Member State is
    an advantage (will be scored up to 3 points);
