Background
The main objective of this project is to support the Government of Kosovo to mainstream climate change concerns into sectoral and overall Kosovo’s development priorities, thus enabling Kosovo to deal with climate change-related issues, and consider it not only as a separate horizontal issue but as an issue of sustainable development.
Budget
The overall amount made available is 15,000 EUR. Any grant awarded under this programme must not exceed the amount of 15,000 EUR.
Eligibility
In order to be eligible for a grant, applicants must:
- be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action with their partners, not acting as an intermediary
- demonstrate relevant experience in energy efficiency, measures of energy efficiency by end users of energy. Relevant experience with public
awareness and project management. Specific Kosovo experience is desirable
- have a comprehensive and good understanding of energy efficiency. Demonstration of gender sensitivity in their approach and public
awareness.
