EUROPEAID/135619/IH/SER/MK: IPA - IMPLEMENTATION OF THE LEGISLATION ON MUTUAL RECOGNITION OF PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Description

The project purpose is to harmonise the national legislation on mutual recognition of professional qualifications with the acquis communautaire and to strengthen institutional capacities for implementation of the adopted legislation. The project activities are foreseen to be organized in three components, as follows: 1. Harmonization of the legislative framework on recognition of professional qualifications with the acquis communautaire; 2. Strengthening the capacities of the relevant institutions for implementation of the legislative on mutual recognition of professional qualifications; 3. Development of database tailored for mutual recognition for professional qualifications. During the implementation of the activities, particular attention must be given to build up at central and local level the capacity of local relevant Institutions and other relevant stakeholders in ensuring quality of the institutional capacity.


Eligibility

Participation is open to all legal persons participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of tenderers which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed. All goods supplied under this contract must originate in one or more of these countries. Participation is also open to international organisations. Participation of natural persons is directly governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.

Maximum budget EUR 1.200.000,00
