EUROPEAID/136071/DH/SER/ME: IPA - TECHNICAL SUPPORT TO RENEWAL OF VITICULTURAL ZONING OF MONTENEGRO

Description

The overall objective of the contract is further strengthening of vine-growing and wine-producing sectors in Montenegro through the harmonization with EU standards.

The specific purpose of the contract is to establish a new Viticulture Zoning of Montenegro (coast and Montenegrin Basin of Skadarsko Lake) and precondition to set up a System of Designations for Wine with Geographical Indications (PDO/PGI) aligned with EU rules along with development of relevant regulations.


Eligibility

Participation is open to all legal persons, participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of tenderers which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed. Participation is also open to international organisations. All goods supplied under this contract must originate in one or more of these countries. Participation is also open to international organizations. Participation of natural persons is directly governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.

Maximum budget 300, 000 EUR
