HCL CONSULTANTS LTD/TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE REGIONAL HERITAGE CENTRE IN SENJSKI RUDNIK OLD MINE/ KEY EXPERT 2: SENIOR BUSINESS EXPERT

The Senior Economist will work closely with the Municipality and the local community of  Despotovac as well as with the Beneficiary.  In particular, the Senior Economist will work in close contact with the Team Leader and be  responsible for coordination and quality control of the activities related to the Result 1.
Specific Senior Economist responsibility will be to ensure the adoption of a clear vocational and  professional guidance approach in the delivery of the requested service, in a way to enable local  community at effectively diversifying economic activities.
In this respect, Senior Economist will personally supervise, design and coordinate the  regeneration planning activities in a way to ensure the most effective transfer of specific sector  expertise and knowledge.

Qualifications and skills

    -University degree in relevant field2 (economics, business administration, etc.);
    -Be proficient in English.

General professional experience

     -8 years, but preferably 12 years of post graduate relevant professional experience;

Specific professional experience

     -5 years, but preferably 10 years in designing, coordinating and carrying out economic  analyses, business planning in the field of local
      development;
