The overall objective of this project is contribute human capital development through strengthening  the “knowledge triangle”: education – research – innovation, as well as to enhance the effectiveness of the educational system in Serbia, thus contributing to a better overall level of knowledge, skills and competences in the society.

Qualifications and Skills

   -University Degree in education, social sciences, economics, administration, or equivalent
   -Excellent English language skills (spoken and written)
   -Full Computer Literacy
   -Master’s Degree as an asset

General Professional Experience


   -Preferably 15 years, but a minimum of 10 years, professional experience in primary and general secondary educational reform and
    teacher training policy.
   -International experience in implementation of EU funded projects (5 years minimum experience) with at least 1 project implementation
    experience similar to the project.

Specific Professional Experience

   -At least 5 years experience in providing technical and logistical support for ministerial, regional and national forums on education reform
    and teacher training.
   -Experience on at least two other European Commission projects as a Team Leader on projects of a similar size in the region.
   -Experience working in Western Balkans, particularly in Serbia is an asset.
