IncoWest is looking for an International Human Resources Development Expert for a KfW financed Water Supply Systems Construction and Rehabilitation Project in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Eligibility
- International Design Team Leader - University diploma in Civil Engineering (M.Sc.), possessing ten (10) years of international professional
experience in the field of planning, detailed design and preparation of tender documents in particular with water network construction
projects. A proven project management experience (team leader) of at least five (5) years involving the design and procurement of works
and supply contracts. Experience with FIDIC conditions of contract and KfW procedures. Excellent written and spoken English.
- International Supervision Team Leader - University diploma in Civil Engineering (M.Sc.), possessing ten (10) years of international
professional experience in the field of construction supervision of water network construction projects. A proven project management
experience (team leader) of at least five (5) years involving the supervision of works and supply contracts. Experience with FIDIC
conditions of contract and KfW procedures. Excellent written and spoken English.
- International Water Treatment Expert – Relevant University diploma (M.Sc.), possessing ten (10) years of international professional
experience in the field of water treatment procedures and water quality testing. Experience with KfW procedures is considered an asset.
Excellent written and spoken English.
- Local hydraulic engineers - for the preparation of detailed designs and the preparation of detailed drawings, Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and
tender documents. University diploma (minimum B.Sc.) in hydraulic engineering and minimum five (5) years of specific professional
experience in the water supply sector. Knowledge of FIDIC procedures and conditions is an asset. Good written and spoken English.
- Local electro-mechanical engineers – Relevant University diploma (minimum B.Sc.) and minimum five (5) years of specific professional
experience with detailed design and/or supervision of electro-mechanical works in water supply projects. Good written English.
- Local structural engineers - Relevant University diploma (minimum B.Sc.) and minimum five (5) years of specific professional experience
with detailed design and/or supervision of structural works in water supply projects. Good written English.
Accompanying Measures
- International Financial Management Expert - University degree (M.Sc.) in economics, finance or management, possessing 10 years of
international professional experience in assisting public/private water supply utilities in financial management, organisational change,
business planning, customer services, cost accounting and control. Experience with KfW projects is considered an asset. Excellent written
and spoken English.
- International Human Resources Development Expert - University degree (M.Sc.) in economics, finance, law, HR or management,
possessing 10 years of international professional experience in assisting public/private water supply utilities in organisational change,
business planning, human resources development and internal controls. Experience with KfW projects is considered an asset. Excellent
written and spoken English.
- International Operation and Maintenance Expert - University degree in Civil Engineering (M.Sc.), possessing 10 years of international
professional experience in assisting public/private water supply utilities and training of their staff in operation and maintenance of water
supply systems. Experience with hydraulic modelling, DMAs and GIS. Experience with KfW projects is considered an asset. Excellent
written and spoken English.
- Local Economist: University degree (minimum B.Sc.) in economics, finance or management, possessing 8 years of professional experience
in assisting public/private water supply utilities in financial management, organisational change, business planning, customer services,
cost accounting and control. Good written and spoken English.
- Local Legal Expert - University diploma in law, possessing 8 years of professional experience in assisting public/private utilities,
preferably water companies, in implementation / updating of important legal documents. Good knowledge of local ordinances on water
services in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Good written and spoken English.
- Local Public Relations Expert – Relevant University Diploma (minimum B.Sc.), possessing ten (10) years of professional experience with
implementing public relations measures in development cooperation projects, preferably in the water sector. Experience with customer
services improvement and elaboration of communication strategies. Excellent written and spoken English.
