The overall objective of this project is contribute human capital development through strengthening  the “knowledge triangle”: education – research – innovation, as well as to enhance the effectiveness of the educational system in Serbia, thus contributing to a better overall level of knowledge, skills and competences in the society.

Qualifications and Skills

   -University Degree in education, social sciences, economics, administration, or equivalent
   -Excellent English language skills (spoken and written)
   -Full Computer Literacy
   -Master’s Degree as an asset

General Professional Experience

   -Preferably 15 years, but a minimum of 10 years, professional experience in primary and general secondary educational reform and
    teacher training
   -International experience in implementation of EU funded projects (5 years minimum experience) with at least 1 project implementation
    experience similar to the project

Specific Professional Experience

   -Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the continuous professional development of teachers, including training and development of related
    curriculum
   -Development of professional competences for teachers to enable monitoring and evaluation of progress based on established indicators.
   -Specific experience in teacher training development gained in at least two, but preferably three countries covered by article 19 of IPA
    regulation 14.
   -Experience working in Western Balkans, particularly in Serbia is an asset.
   -Experience with practice schools as a teaching base for professional development of teachers
