Eligibility

Qualifications and skills

   - University degree in law, public administration, or other relevant discipline;
   - Ability to ensure good communication and co-ordination with project partner, contracting authority and other local partners and
     stakeholders
   - Excellent presentation and organisational skills, strong intercultural communication skills
   - Fluent written and oral communication in English, knowledge of Georgian would be an asset, computer literate

General professional experience

   - At least 10 years of working experience as a core staff of public administration or as a consultant to a public sector body
   - Experience in projects related to the implementation of impact assessment or regulatory reforms policies
   - Experience in organising and conducting trainings/workshops in the area of regulatory reform and legal drafting
   - Knowledge of EU Member State impact assessment systems and public consultation mechanisms

Specific professional experience

   - At least 5 years of experience in legal drafting work at the EU MS administration.
   - Experience in drafting impact assessment guidelines would be an asset
   - Experience in drafting strategic planning documents for public administration bodies would be an asset
