Eligibility

Qualifications and skills

   - University degree in law, public administration, or other relevant discipline; ;
   - Ability to ensure good communication and co-ordination with project partner, contracting authority and other local partners and
     stakeholders
   - Excellent presentation and organisational skills, strong intercultural communication skills
   - Fluent written and oral communication in English and Georgian, computer literate

General professional experience

   - At least 5 years of experience as a core staff of public administration, non-governmental organisation with focus on legal issues, or as a
     consultant to a public sector body
   - Experience in projects related to the implementation of impact assessment or regulatory reforms policies would be an asset
   - Experience in organising and conducting trainings/workshops

Specific professional experience

   - Experience in project management and policy coordination
   - Experience in drafting strategic planning documents for public administration bodies would be a strong asset
