EUROPEAN PROFILES S.A./ KEY EXPERT 1: TEAM LEADER AND LEADER OF COMPONENT 1 - LEGAL HARMONIZATION

Eligibility

Qualifications and skills:

   - Education at least Masters Degree Academic level in Law or Economics, or equivalent 5 years of general professional experience above
     the minimum general professional experience requested below.

General professional experience

   - Minimum ten (10) years of relevant professional experience in the fields of European internal market in relation to consumer protection
     and market surveillance (product safety).

Specific professional experience

   - At least five (5) years in conducting legal gap analyses (law assessment), legal harmonization with acquis and policy analysis and/or
     practical application of EU legislation in consumer protection;
   - Practical experience in EU internal market fields related to consumer protection, and/or market surveillance  (product safety) indicated
     through participation in at least (1) one EU project as a Key Expert or preferably the Team Leader;
   - Experience of working with national authorities in charge for implementing and/or enforcing consumer protection directives in an EU
     member state or a candidate or potential candidate country is an asset;
   - Previous experience in any of the newest 13 EU Member States or a candidate or potential candidate country in areas associated with this
     contract will be an asset.
