The overall objective of this project is contribute human capital development through strengthening  the “knowledge triangle”: education – research – innovation, as well as to enhance the effectiveness of the educational system in Serbia, thus contributing to a better overall level of knowledge, skills and competences in the society.

Qualifications and Skills

   -University Degree in education, social sciences, economics, administration, or equivalent
   -Excellent English language skills (spoken and written)
   -Full Computer Literacy
   -Master’s Degree as an asset

General Professional Experience

   -Preferably 15 years, but a minimum of 10 years, professional experience in primary and general secondary educational reform and
    curriculum development
   -International experience in implementation of EU funded projects (5 years minimum experience) with at least 1 project implementation
    experience similar to the project

Specific Professional Experience


   -Experience in providing technical support for in the development and revision of national curriculum frameworks.
   -Experience in developing curriculum assessment tools to monitor pupils’ achievements against key competences under the new curriculum.
   -Minimum of 5 years’ experience in curriculum design, implementation and policy development at primary and secondary levels.
   -Specific experience in curriculum development gained in at least two, but preferably three countries covered by article 19 of IPA
    regulation 14.
   -Experience working in Western Balkans, particularly in Serbia is an asset.
