Contract description
The project will contribute to the overall improvement of the overall quality of justice, competence and efficiency of the judicial system in republic of Serbia. For this purpose, it aims at enhancing performance of the Judicial Academy, as one of the key stakeholders within judicial reform in Republic of Serbia by improving its professionalism, management competencies, as well as its organizational capacities for quality assurance in delivery of trainings.

Eligibility
Participation is open to all legal persons participation either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of tenderers which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the is financed.
