Requirements

  - Advanced degree in political sciences, international relations, public policy, law, international human rights law or other human rights
    related fields
  - Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience
  - Sound knowledge of international standards regarding discrimination and how they interact with Bosnian and Herzegovina legislation

Responsibilities

  - Reviews policies and plans related to discrimination against vulnerable groups in order to identify gaps or overlaps and devise effective
    strategies
  - Analyzes information provided by field officers through regular reports and field surveys, co-operates with the Human Rights Rights
    Adviser to devise concrete recommendations, and works closely with field officers to translate these recommendations into effective
    intervention strategies at local level
  - Advises field officers on how to evaluate the impact of their local interventions, draws field evaluations together and ensures that examples
    of good practice are communicated throughout the field
