Description
Moldova signed the Association Agreement - including a Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Agreement (DCFTA) - with the European Union on 27th June 2014. This is considered as an important step towards the further integration of Moldova with the EU, and is expected to further deepen political, economic and trade relations between the two parties. The overall objective of the project of which this contract will be a part is to improve the application of the law and regulations governing Competition in Moldova. The project will improve the understanding of the staff of the Council of a wide range of competition issues. This improved understanding will lead to better analysis of issues and better
prosecution of offences that will lead to improvement of the competition culture in the Republic of Moldova.
Eligibility
Participation is open to all natural persons who are nationals of and legal persons, participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of tenderers, which are effectively established in a Member State of the European Union or in a eligible country or territory as
defined under the Regulation (EU) N°236/2014 establishing common rules and procedures for the implementation of the Union's instruments for external action (CIR) for the applicable Instrument under which the contract is financed. Participation is also open to international organisations. All supplies under this contract must originate in one or more of these countries. However, they may originate from any country when the amount of the supplies to be purchased is below100,000 euros per purchase.
