HR-ZAGREB: IPA — MISDEMEANOUR COURT JCMS (JOINT CASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM) UPGRADE 2011/S 242-391575

Contract description:                                                                               Maximum budget: EUR 630.000

The main purpose of this contract is the improvement of the functioning and management of the misdemeanour court system.
This is to be achieved through the upgrade of the existing misdemeanour court joint case management system, development of an integrated court case management system, implementation of compatible interoperability modules and training of end-users.

  -Maximum budget: 630 000 EUR.

Eligibility:

Participation is open to all legal persons (participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of candidates) which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed. Participation is also open to international organisations. The
participation of natural persons is governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.
