Description

The goal of this project is the implementation of the Serbian energy sector development strategy in the renewable energy sector by facilitating investments in small hydro power plants (SHPPs) in order to obtain the goal of construction of around 180MW of new
generation capacity from SHPPs in the national GFEC (gross final energy consumption) up to 2020 according to National Renewable Energy Action Plan (NREAP). Through this contract, technical assistance should develop a new cadastre for SHPPs for the territory of The Republic of Serbia with estimated power between 100 kW and 10 MW. It should cover existing SHPPs, SHPPs that are currently in construction, and identified new locations.

The whole territory of Serbia should be divided into several river basins that should present organisational units for the data input and access. The activities should inter alia cover the identification of current state in river basins, methodology development for the assessment of locations for SHPP, defining data for cadastre sheets, software development and presentation of the new cadastre for the SHPPs and software usage, with included capacity building and awareness rising on the Cadastre for SHPPs.


Eligibility

Participation is open to all legal persons participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of tenderers which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments
applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed. All goods supplied under this contract must originate in one or more of these countries. Participation is also open to international organisations. Participation of natural persons is directly governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.


Budget

Maximum budget 1.500.000 EUR
