Responsibilities


   - Supports collaborative leadership and dialogue on land issues among government, political and civil society leaders;
   - Works closely with relevant government officials, political and civic leadership in Ukraine and, where relevant, district level to promote
     collaborative leadership and dialogue on land issues and related matters;
   - Supports and assists in the organization and implementation of dialogue initiatives including administrative and logistical requirements;
   - Supports and assists in the design, organization and carrying out of conferences and other public events that create opportunities for
     exchange on land issues;
   - Engages with media actors to promote a climate that is supportive of efforts by leaders to work in a collaborative manner;
   - Monitors and analyses political developments with relevance to the land-related issues;
   - Engages with leaders and relevant institutions in a politically informed and conflict sensitive manner;


Requirements

   - Minimum of six years of relevant professional experience in dialogue facilitation issues in peace processes or other transitional contexts
   - Extensive experience in conflict resolution processes through facilitation and dialogue
   - Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills
   - Substantial analytical capacity of facilitation and dialogue
   - Demonstrated understanding of dialogue dynamics and processes with direct experience in facilitation and dialogue in the field
   - Experience in liaising with governmental and non-governmental organizations
   - Substantial experience in conducting conflict analysis and actor mapping
   - Diplomatic and negotiating skills
   - Flexibility and ability to work under pressure and with limited time frames
