EMS/ JUNIOR EXPERT (CAT. III) ON DATA COLLECTION AND ANALYSIS

Requirements

Qualification and Skills:

   - Masters-level degree in Sociology, Statistics, Political Science, Social Policies, or another relevant field, or equivalent professional
     experience;
   - Knowledge of Azerbaijani or Russian would be a distinct advantage.

General Experience:

   - At least 3 years professional experience of data collection and analysis gained in policymaking, consulting or research;
   - Experience of working with quantitative and qualitative research methodologies (surveys, questionnaires, structured interviews, etc.) in at
     least 1 project/programme;
   - Experience in international cooperation projects/programmes in the South Caucasus or Azerbaijan would be a distinct advantage.

Specific Experience:

   - Experience in applying survey methodologies and techniques;
   - Experience in the evaluation of civil society policies/programmes/projects would be an advantage (experience is defined as involvement in
     at least 1 other project/programme evaluation);
   - Experience working on civil society issues in the South Caucasus or Azerbaijan would be an advantage;
