Contract description Maximum budget: EUR 800.000
The consultant will be contracted to prepare all the necessary documents for the creation of the Railway Safety Agency building and, in addition, the consultant will be required to prepare a full EU funding application.
The following documentation will be prepared:
- the feasibility study which must cover: the competency of the Railways Safety Agency, the organisation and number of Agency's staff,
the size and capacity of public building, basic equipment for Agency (desks, chairs, IT equipment), the capacity of the training and
certification requirements in relation to the number of envisaged trained and certified staff, the necessary equipment for training and
certification of railway workers (simulators, IT software's), scope of the training for the railways workers, certification procedures
and requirements,
- the cost benefit analysis which must include the calculated co-financing rate from the EU funds and generated revenues and costs of
the building for the lifetime of the project,
- preliminary design for the Railway Safety Agency building and obtaining location permit,
- EU project application required to apply for funding for the construction of the Railway Safety Agency building through the Cohesion
fund.
Budget
Maximum budget: 800 000 EUR.
Eligibility
Participation is open to all legal persons (participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of candidates) which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed. Participation is also open to international organisations. The participation of natural persons is governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.
