OSCE MISSION IN KOSOVO/ SENIOR PROJECT OFFICER (VACANCY NUMBER: VNKOSS01677)

Responsibilities

   - Acts as the focal point for project managers within the HRCD to assess project proposals prepared by the Department¿s Sections on
     programmatic content, coherence and consistency to the HRCD Programme and advises the Director accordingly;
   - Acts as the focal point for the Office of Central Co-ordination (OCC) in the Mission and ensures effective operational management of
     projects through productive co-operation with the OCC and relevant Offices/Units within the Mission;
   - Facilitates project development, for unforeseen project initiatives, as required and when deemed necessary, on an ad-hoc basis for the
     HRCD Programme;
   - Oversees the implementation of planned projects within the HRC Department and informs the Director accordingly on programmatic
     changes and project amendments if required;


Requirements

   - Extensive experience in project management including project design, implementation, reporting and evaluation
   - Knowledge of the Logical Framework approach for project management
   - Professional fluency in the English language, both oral and written
   - Strong analytical, organizational and planning skills
   - Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
   - Ability to work creatively and independently
   - Strong interpersonal, motivational and communicating skills
