OSCE MISSION IN SERBIA/ ANTI-CORRUPTION ADVISER (VACANCY NUMBER: VNSRMS00411)

Responsibilities

   - Formulates anti-corruption policies and strategies;
   - Manages the implementation of economic transparency reform initiatives;
   - Advises on rules and regulations, including implementation, in the field of anti-corruption/economic transparency, especially in relation to
     public procurement, economic crime and anti-corruption bodies;
   - Maintains liaison with officials and other stakeholders in Serbia involved in anti-corruption initiatives, as well as in initiatives against
     economic crime;
   - Organizes activities for the promotion and development of economic transparency in the public and private sectors and for the
     implementation of legislation in the areas within the Mission's mandate;


Requirements

   - University degree in law, economics, international relations, political science, diplomacy, social science or public administration
   - Sound knowledge of public anti-corruption mechanisms
   - Communication skills to include the ability to liaise with diverse interlocutors
   - Experience in project design, implementation and management
   - Political sensitivity and judgment
   - Professional fluency in the English language, both oral and written
   - Strong drafting skills
