EUROPEAID/136487/DD/ACT/AZ: ENPI - “SUPPORT TO THE STRENGTHENING OF THE COMMISSIONER FOR HUMAN RIGHTS (OMBUDSMAN) OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN”

Description

The overall objective of this Twinning project is to promote independent, national, non-judicial mechanisms for the protection of Human rights in Azerbaijan. The project purpose is to support the capacity of Ombudsman Institution and its regional centres to ensure implementation of its mandate related to the National Preventive Mechanism, Rights of Child, Rights of Persons with Disabilities, Human Rights of Older People and Right to Access to Information.


Eligibility

Only public administrations and mandated bodies of EU Member States may apply through EU Member State's National Contact Points.


Budget

Overall amount available for this Call for Proposals Euro 1,360,000.
