Contract description: Maximum budget: EUR 1.410.555
The overall objective of the project is to increase social inclusion of the social welfare and assistance beneficiaries. The purpose of the project is to support experts from the social welfare sector in further development and implementation of efficient and inclusive social services. In line with the project purpose, the planned activities will upgrade the skills of the staff working within the social welfare sector and support the continuance of the deinstitutionalisation process by supporting the process of social services planning at the county levels. The activities will also support the development of individual transformation plans of social welfare homes, in order to reintegrate clients into the society by promoting community alternatives to institutionalisation. The intermediary beneficiaries of the project are: the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare, centres for social welfare, social welfare homes, social welfare units in the counties, social welfare units in municipalities, civil society organisations, social partners (trade unions and employers' associations) and other relevant stakeholders at the local and regional level. The project implementation period is 22 months.

Maximum budget: 1 410 555 EUR.
Eligibility:
Participation is open to all legal persons (participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of candidates) which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed. Participation is also open to international organisations. The participation of natural persons is governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.
