EUROPEAID/135642/IH/SER/RS: IPA - SUPERVISION AND ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING OF RIVER TRAINING AND DREDGING WORKS ON CRITICAL SECTORS ON THE DANUBE RIVER

Description

The purpose of this contract is to provide technical assistance services during construction and implementation of the river training and dredging works on the Danube river stretch in the Republic of Serbia on six critical sectors ( from km 1287 to km 1195) resulting in  Performance certificate. Technical assistance services shall cover two components: supervision of hydraulic engineering works and environmental monitoring. Service contractor shall undertake the role of the Engineer as specified in the FIDIC conditions of contract (Conditions of Contract for Construction for Building and Engineering Works Designed by Employer) and assist the Contracting Authority with coordination, supervision and project and site management of works contract. Environmental monitoring services shall comprise monitoring and evaluation of the effects of river training and dredging works on the environment and proposal of the compensation measures.


Eligibility

Participation is open to all legal persons participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of tenderers which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments
applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed. All goods supplied under this contract must originate in one or more of these countries. Participation is also open to international organisations. Participation of natural persons is directly governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.

Maximum budget EUR 2,000,000
