Requirements
- Advanced degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience
- Solid knowledge of international and OSCE democratic election standards and principles
- Previous international work experience with election processes, in particular advising on the technical and operational aspects of
implementation of election modalities
- Professional fluency in the English language
Responsibilities
- Provides technical and operational advice and analysis on issues related to monitoring/supporting electoral management bodies and
support to civil society
- Advises, develops, and implements projects aimed at supporting cross-cutting issues on electoral processes
- Provides technical advice in regards to implementation of election procedures based on compliance with international standards and
international best practice
- Supports development and maintenance of a monitoring system of activities
- Prepares analysis, reports, and recommendations on technical and operational aspects of programmatic work
