EUROPEAID/136107/DH/SER/GE: ENPI - TECHNICAL FACILITY FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ASSOCIATION AGREEMENT IN GEORGIA

Description

To provide targeted support to Georgian Government in coordinating the implementation of the Association Agreement (including Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area, Visa Liberalization and Readmission Agreement and related Action Plan), and Agenda, including strengthening its capacity to monitor and assess this process and to strengthen the institutional capacities of the relevant line ministries and other public institutions to carry out the reforms that will take place in the framework of the implementation of the Association Agreement. The process involves primarily, at the Government level, the Administration of Government (at Prime Minister's Office), the Office of the State Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic integration (OSMEEAI), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development.


Eligibility

Participation is open to all natural persons who are nationals of and legal persons participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of tenderers which are effectively established in a Member State of the European Union or in a eligible country or territory as defined under the Regulation (EU) N°236/2014 establishing common rules and procedures for the implementation of the Union's instruments for external action (CIR) for the applicable Instrument under which the contract is financed. Participation is also open to international organisations. All supplies under this contract must originate in one or more of these countries.

Maximum budget  2.200.000 EUR
