Responsibilities


   - Reviews project proposals (both Unified Budget and Extra Budgetary ), and provides overall guidance to the Office on the Central
     Co-ordination and other Mission staff on project clearance;
   - Supports the co-ordination of the drafting of documents for the Performance Based Programme Budgeting (PBPB) process;
   - Supports the co-ordination of the drafting of the Mission Implementation Plan (MIP) and its review, and preparation of the MIP mid- and
     end-year review reports;
   - Advises on and undertakes assessment of targeted Mission projects and programme activities in terms of their consistency with its
     strategic aims and objectives and provides corresponding information to the Management of the Mission;
   - Co-ordinates the development of and implements procedures to assure the effective and efficient review of the Mission's project portfolio;
   - Co-ordinates, on behalf of the Fund Manager, the clearance and implementation of extra-budgetary projects with the OSCE Mission in
     Kosovo's relevant Departments and acts as a liaison between them and the donor organizations on all project related issues, including
     requests for change of project activities, narrative and financial reporting among others;


Requirements

   - Management and supervisory experience
   - Experience in project design, implementation, evaluation and management
   - Knowledge of the Logical Framework approach for project management
   - Ability to operate windows applications, including word processing and e-mail
   - Professional fluency in the English language
   - Demonstrated ability and willingness to work as a member of a team, with people of different cultural and religious backgrounds,
     different gender, and diverse political views, while maintaining impartiality and objectivity
