EUROPEAID/135628/IH/SER/RS: IPA - SUPERVISION OF CONSTRUCTION OF THE WATER SUPPLY, WASTE WATER COLLECTION & TREATMENT PROJECT FOR THE CITY OF RAŠKA

Description

The purpose of this contract is to provide technical assistance and supervision services for fulfilling duties of the “Engineer” as specified in the FIDIC conditions of contract. Supervision is to be provided for the construction of the raw water supply system and reconstruction and
upgrade of sewage system (according to FIDIC Red Book) as well as construction of waste water treatment plant (according to FIDIC Yellow Book) for the City of Raška. Services to be provided are not limited to supervision of construction, but include project management support
and preparation of Financial and Operational Performance Improvement Programme (FOPIP) to train operating staff and other stakeholders and thereby ensure the effective functioning of the Public Utility Company ,,Raška,, in charge for management of wastewater treatment. The
contract should help implementation of the project by putting in place reliable and sustainable waste water management system and ensuring its effective functioning.


Eligibility

Participation is open to all legal persons participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of tenderers which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed. All goods supplied under this contract must originate in one or more of these countries. Participation is also open to international organisations. Participation of natural persons is directly governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.

Maximum budget EUR 661.900,00
