Requirements

Qualifications and skills

   - At least University degree in technical areas and at least 10 years of professional experience in accreditation or related areas or, in case
     higher education diploma is not available in technical areas, at least 15 years of professional experience in accreditation area;
   - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
   - Very good spoken and written English;
   - Good Georgian and/or Russian would be an asset;

General professional experience

   - At least 10 years of experience in the area of accreditation and/or conformity assessment;
   - At least 5 years of previous experience in accreditation in a country member of EU or EEA or a country candidate for EU membership or
     an ENPI country;

Specific professional experience

   - Operational experience in accreditation field indicated through participation in at least 1 project in East ENPI countries as a key expert
     and/or RTA;
   - Experienced manager, demonstrating good record in organisation, leadership, staff motivation and communication;
   - Experience in drafting and implementing procedures.
