EUROPEAID/136345/DH/SER/AL:EU INFORMATION NETWORK IN ALBANIA IN TIRANA, SHKODRA AND VLORA

Description

The purpose of the contract is to increase the level of information and public awareness about the European Union in the Republic of Albania as well as about the accession process. It will include various information and communication activities with the aim of building public support for the accession process based on well informed and realistic expectations, such as: running of three EU Information Centres, creation and implementation of strategies and information campaigns, press and media relations, media monitoring, events and visits management, web page development and update, networking, update of databases, research projects, production of publications and other necessary activities in the information and communication domain.


Eligibility

Participation is open to all natural persons who are nationals of and legal persons [participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of tenderers] which are effectively established in a  Member State of the European Union or in a eligible country or territory  as defined under the Regulation (EU) N°236/2014 establishing common rules and procedures for the implementation of the Union's instruments for external action (CIR) for the applicable Instrument under which the contract is financed (see also heading 22 below). Participation is also open to international organisations. All supplies under this contract must originate in one or more of these countries. However, they may originate from any country when the amount of the supplies to be purchased is below100,000 euros per purchase.
