Contract description
The scope of this project is Supervision of rehabilitation of the motorway section Kumanovo - Miladinovci (right carriageway), as part of Corridor X. The actual length of rehabilitation works on the right carriageway, subject to this operation is 22.4 km.
The rehabilitation will be done on the existing carriageway, without occupation of additional land or building additional interchanges.
The Consultant shall ensure that services for supervision shall be in accordance with all the requirements for quality control, control of quantities, supervision of the work progress, analyses of expenses, implementation of the environmental criteria as well as working on administrative questions during the rehabilitation works and defect liability period.

Maximum budget: EUR 905.000
Eligibility
Participation is open to all legal persons participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of tenderers which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed (see item 29 below). All goods supplied under this contract must originate in one or more of these countries. Participation is also open to international organisations. Participation of natural persons is directly governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.
