Contract description
The purpose of the project is to provide technical assistance to the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy (MAFWE) and other relevant institutional structures to further upgrade the Agriculture Information System (AIS) and strengthen the national capabilities in generation of better quality administrative and statistical data, improve their exchange, access and analysis for the purposes of operative decision making and strategic planning of agricultural and rural development policies as well as for the needs of other non-governmental beneficiaries. The project should facilitate the development of EU-compatible elements of AIS conforming it to the national and CAP’s policies and aims.

Maximum budget: 700.000 EUR
Eligibility
Participation is open to all legal persons participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of tenderers which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed (see item 29 below). All goods supplied under this contract must originate in one or more of these countries. Participation is also open to international organisations. Participation of natural persons is directly governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.
